ViSO Asset Consulting is a service of Probate Assets Elite, LLC, based in Miami, Florida. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the information you send us through visoasset.com, by phone, by text, by email, or by mail.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, your relationship to the owner, the owner's name and institution, and anything you write in the message box. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details, or passwords on this website, and you should never send them through the form.

How we use it

To contact you about the property you asked about, to research public records for that property, and to prepare a written offer if you want one. That is all.

Who sees it

Jeff Filiasse and the people who work directly on your file. If the owner decides to sell, the closing information goes to the licensed Florida title company handling the sale, and to anyone the owner tells us to share it with, such as a family member or attorney. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

The website form is delivered to our email by a form service called Web3Forms. It passes your message along and is not allowed to use it for anything else.

Text messages

If you ask us to text you, we will only text about your property. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. Mobile phone numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

If you do not want to hear from us

Tell us once, by phone, text, email, or the reply slip in our letter, and we will stop contacting you and the owner about the property.

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies that tell us things like how many people visited and roughly where from, not who you are. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts and the prison map are also loaded from Google. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

Keeping it safe

We keep your information only as long as we need it for your property or as required by law, and we limit who can see it.
